Felt uber-tired, so I only did the following:

KB MP's - 3 x (2, 3, 5) - 16kg
Pull-Ups - 3 x (1, 2) - GTGing them alongside the C+P's.

Heavy KB C+P's - 9 x (2, 3, 5) - 16kg - Spaced each ladder out through the day, felt less fresh than Wednesday, but still pretty good.

Heavy Chin-Ups - 5 x (1, 2, 3) - Surprised by the increase in strength, will try and add an extra rung or two next week.

Medium Swings - 7min - 160 swings - 16kg - Tiring but good.

Kept it very easy today, due to lack of sleep and high volume presses, did some log splitting with a axe and that's about it.

No exercise today, keeping it easy. After a recent very slight back injury, I've begun to think that when I am doing such high volume work with the C+P's I'm definitely going to increase rest time between ladders. Not reps, but after doing 1 x 2, 3, 5, I won't do another ladder till an hour or more later, etc. I do them throughout the day, with swings/snatches at the end of it, and chin-ups in the middle of the day. Easy KB C+P's - 5 x (2, 3, 5) - 16kg

Easy Pull-Ups - 5 x (1, 2) - Think I'll keep doing these sets and reps until I feel my form is perfect.

Easy Snatches - 2min - 20 swings - 16kg
