Felt shoulders weren't packing during the transition from prone to sitting upright when the upper back was between 45 and 90 degrees compared to the deck.

Elbow was locked. Probable t-spine restriction.

Next TD scheduled for Sunday.

Deconditioned # 2

Mobility drills in the morning. Left my indian clubs at my buddy's studio/gym; gotta pick them up tonight.

Start the day out with bodyweight squats focusing on form: getting out of the hip socket, planting the feet, aligning the knees and feet.

Worked on "getting long" during the drive to work. Need to concentrate more on that to recharge the spine.

8 days on WD 11 pounds gone.

Heavy lifting

Was away from the kettlebell and home for a bit over Mother's day. To get back into the swing of things after two 3 hour drives I got the chance to move my brother-in-law's stuff from New York to Connecticut. That's 4 flights of stairs and a round trip walk of about 500 yards from the building to the car.

Took probably 6-7 trips before I was done loading the car.

Spent an hour getting stim, heat, ultrasound, exercise ball work and an adjustment afterwards.

Lots of Ibuprofen

And then some. today is a rest day... or rest morning as it were.

Got some glucosamine in my system yesterday.

Still sitting here and trying to elongate my spine. I'm trying to use the neutral posture one of my chiros taught me (thighs parallel to the deck, knees flexed, feet underneath your body, back not touching the chair, shoulders relaxed and dropped, long spine, slightly raised occiput, head back)

I'll be concentraining on that for now.
