7 tgu350 swings (50*7) 20 dbl hand, 10 left, 10 right 10 dbl hand


6th workout felt real good, was going to take a off day from swings but when i got home from work i decided to give 50 a try. Did it kicked my butt my lower back muscles got worked good and feels good. I am glad i increased my numbers to 50 reps per set 20 was starting to get boring and easy.
