Back to the basics. Just finished reading "Starting Strength" and the book is fairly exhaustive and greatly informative. The beginner's program that is outlined in the final section of the book seems to be a good fit for a guy like me: Out of touch with the iron for about the last 8 months, and with limited time on my hands.

Back to basics. Hitting bodyweight training for a while, at least until I can get a regular schedule down with work, school, and family. All drills performed in a circuit Sets/reps Pistols: 3/3 Pull-ups: 5,4,4 Pushups 3/20 Hit 5/5 and shoot for more reps per set. at 25/5 pushups go for onearm variations at 5/5 pistols start adding weight Caesar

*Presses went well. remember the form an technique. elbows go forward, then load switches to triceps. elbow flare above forehead. jump up in weight on Wednesday

SDL:

*jump to 265 starting weight and rep sets with 225#, stay until you surpass 10 sets of five reps.
