I have never followed the ETK protocol to the end. I got caught up in the newest protocol that came out. I have never followed any protocol all the way through. I am ending this and partnering with people online here that are doing ETK and we are going to push each other to follow it through to the end.
I have not been constant in my practice because of personal problems but I will change that here and now and finish what I started. I am stoked and scared at the same time. I do not

I almost talked myself out of this days workout, but my determination won out. I am proud of myself for getting workout done and done strong.
Felt good today, just lazy.
Pullups (palms facing away from body and a wide grip with blue band help) 5x3
Chinups (palms facing towards me medium grip with blue band) 5x2
Double 24kg kettlebell front squats 5x5
Good mornings with 32kg held behind head 5x3
Cleans with 40kg 5x3
Nice workout, Felt strong and good. No real issues to talk about. Proud of myself for staying on track for a month straight.
