Kettlebells are parked for now, except for random Presses to that CNS 'charge' here and there.

Working on low level cardio base by working part time in a restaurant with folks younger than my son. Hopefully by next month the soreness will be manageable enough to start a PTTP cycle.

In any case, minor soreness aside, feel great. Onward.

Didn't quite make it

Wanted to lay off for five days, as the less is more approach seems to be working out well for me. I made it through three days of sloth, so I played a bit today.

Meant to do swings for 30 minutes, a few with the 32, then the 24, then the 16 with breaks around two minutes after comfortable stop.

Ended doing seven sets of 10 with the 32, 2 handed. Last rep felt like I was leaking so I ended the practice right at 20 minutes.

Going to start doing exclusively ETK So I'll be on that for a while. Might try to press the 32 now and then with a two handed clean, might not.

When I can do a get up with the 32, and swings with a 40 ( not yet in inventory) it will time to move on....

So I did a light PM Wednesday and got to high bridge in TGU left arm up, Right Arm up to one knee, came down from standing right arm up.

later in the day, 10 2hand swings 32kg, one minute shadow boxing, 20 two hand swings 24kg, two minutes shadow boxing, 10 hand to hand swings, three high pulls and three snatches with 16kg, one minute shadow boxing... walk down.
