amazingly down 20lbs bodyweight and bench feels fine but squat feels like every individual muscle group is working on it's own. skinier fingers helping dl.
Off to Florida to put some of that 20lbs back on next week.

Left (good) shoulder sore as hell when i woke up, then forgot workout bag. Feeling better from mid week root canal so split workout.
Stroud's no wrist wraps so was gonna go very easy with shoulder to boot but went ok
BP 135x7x2, 225x5x2, add phone book pinky inside ring 275x5, 295x5, 315x5. surprisingly easy.
pullupsx5x2 couldn't squat in shoes i was wearing so went home and finished

then went and hit my son baseballs...

out of town all week. flew home and got this done in garage.

BP 135x7x2, 225x5x2, off phone book 275x5x4 sets alternating close and index on ring grips
clean grip dl 225x5x2, 315x5, dl with supinated grip opposite of my normal dl grip 315x5, 365x5

still going very easy. eating a lot less and off creatine. taking some stuff that is not great for tendons so being very careful.
out of town all week. flew home and got this done in garage.
