Began 80/20 routine today. I plan to do it for four months at which time an extended trip is planned. All weights in kg. x reps/sets

Sumo DL: 114kg.x5, 115x5,120x5/3.
Comments: Screwed up the weight loading. Wanted to do 120 from the beginning but somehow misloaded. After the second set I realized my mistake. Anyway, next time I should be able to do 125x5/5.

MAX OUT
D.L. 142kg. x1.
Tried 145 kg. but my back tweaked a little so I stopped midway. No matter, this was a nice 4% increase over my previous beast of 137kg. and a nice 10kg. increase in two months (7%). I am very pleased.
So I'm asking myself: another 1 month cycle? Well, why not if the gains are still coming?

MAX OUT
Squat: 105 x 1
This is a 5% increase over last time. I tried 105 for another single and failed.
Dips: bw + 27.5kg. x 1. A nice 10% increase over last time.
On Wed. I will max out on the DL then take the rest of the week off.
