10x17 swings w/ 1.5 poods on the minute. 170 swings for 9010 lbs. total. The extra two reps per minute really put me into a world of hurt near the end, plus the fact I was swinging nice and high

10x15 swings on the minute w/ 1.5 poods. 150 swings for 7950 lbs. I took a resting pulse 30 seconds after I was done and got 160 bpm.
