A little fatigued today, but all of the reps went up well. Just a little slower than normal. Tomorrow I back off to three reps and bump up the weight to 295. I definitely like this program as I do feel that my form is improving.

Legs still feeling good. Hopefully dropping back to one SQ and one DL day per week will help me maintain running performance.

BP feels great. I feel more confident with my form and as the weight increases each week I have not felt overwhelmed by the weight. I feel stronger at the end of each week even after the 15-single workout
