Well, either it is tendonitis or I hyper extended my left elbow. Now I’m leaning towards the hyper extension. The pain is mostly on the inside of the elbow joint, though there are occasional twinges or sharper pains along the outside. Usually right after I wake up in the morning. And as the day goes by, my elbow feels better.
My pressing is suffering right now, so I have a plan. I will switch to doing single bell training, one arm at a time, for now. I will see if that can get...

3x12 in the snatch, followed by 5x5 jandas, 2x10 CoC Trainer, 4x5 Saxon Sides Bends with 5 lb dumbbells, 2x5 CoC #1, 2x10 Heavy Hammer with 5 lbs. Probably the best ab session I’ve had in years!

An active recovery day. 5x10 two arm swing with a 32, 3x5 in the jandas, Outer Limits loops with 10 lbs, 2x1 lap of the basement.
Ever since the last snatch session I’ve had some pretty sharp aches in my elbows and shoulders. Feels like it could be tendonitis. Lodine helps ease the pain, but I really need to take it easy until they heal.

A good session getting back into the swing of things. My strength in the presses was questionable. 2x3, 1x2, 1x3, 2x2, 2x1 with the 32s. I was trying to get 4x3 and 4x2 – maybe next time. After the presses, I did some circuits of jandas(4x5), Saxon side bends (3x5), 2x10 CoC Trainer, 2x5 CoC #1, 12.5 lbs pinch grip walks, length of the basement x2. 1x5 front squats with the 32s.I’m breaking into these slowly – last time I could barely walk.

I did 4x11 in the snatch and 3x5 of jandas last night. Enough of the back of time. Back to regular training tomorrow.
