Deadlifts
5,5 x bar
5 x +30kg
5,5 x +40kg
5,5 x +50kg
3 minute rests. I'm fairly sure I remember the weights correctly, but maybe not.
They were fairly heavy, maybe too much. It should only be about 100kg in total though, which shouldn't feel this heavy.

5,5 x bar
5 x +30kg
5 x +40kg
5 x +45kg
5 x +55kg
5,5 x +60kg
5 x +50kg
10 x +45kg
=45 total reps
My form was going a bit shit with the higher weights. All done without a full reset between reps.

tiring, but nothing to failiure. Getting hard towards the end, anyway.
