Deadlifts

5,5 x bar
5 x +30kg
5,5 x +40kg
5,5 x +50kg

3 minute rests. I'm fairly sure I remember the weights correctly, but maybe not.
They were fairly heavy, maybe too much. It should only be about 100kg in total though, which shouldn't feel this heavy.
---------

DBMP (a few hours later)

21.5 x 3,3
26.5 x 1,2
25 x 1
24 x (2,3)(1,2,3)(1,2,3)

So I've decided to drop

DBMP

21.5 x 2,3
26.5 x (1,2,3)(1,2)(1,2)(1,2)

quite tough, probably not going anywhere like that.
--------

Deadlifts (the 'bar' is about 120lbs)
5,5 x bar
3 x +30kg
3 x +45kg
3 x +52kg
3,3 x +60kg
6,6 x +45kg
7,6 x +40
11 x +30

~2 min rests for the triples, and 1 min thereafter. Total reps = 51
--------

Chins

DBMP

21.5 x 3,3
26.5 x (1,2,3)(1,2) first triple, cool! still heavy stuff
21.5 x 4,5,5,5,5,4,3,4 one-min rests

= 50 total reps

tiring, but nothing to failiure. Getting hard towards the end, anyway.
