I am from Jax but live in NC now plan to go down to Jax for thanks giving. I think 300 is a motivating number just think of the movie while your doing it, Remember just move the weight in lot's of short rep sets. A note book is critical to progress it let's you look back and it makes it easy to see progress or sticking points. If you hit a sticking point ask here and some one will help you out. Once you can do the 300 no problem start single arm swings don't get too carried away too soon
A good way to do the sets are ladders, 5 each arm, swich 4 each arm 3, 2, 1, or 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1, Pavel would love you for that or simply do 25 each arm. Lots of ways to keep it interesting, you may also want to mix it up with cleans, high pulls, and snatches. But that might be down the road.

Thanks for the encouragement. 300 a day is achievable; I am pretty much devoting 100% of my time to it. Saw in your blog where you weree traveling North Carolina to Florida back in April. What was that all about if I am not being too nosey. I am in Miami now, but my roots are in North Carolina.
