Bench max:
260
Had to wait forever for bench which threw me off my mindset. Still hit 260 though so I'm happy.

Deadlift:
405 x 1
Finally hit 4 plates. Wasn't in peak physical or mental form from benching earlier the week and bar was greasy. Shaky the whole way - had to will the weight up.

Bi/Tri work
Leg Curls
Hanging leg raises
Flys
Feeling great today. No sliding on bench because of shirt which helped a lot. Had a few more reps in me on the bench as well.
Finally feeling strong and comfortable with the deadlift again. Easy day today.
