www.adamtglass.com.It's still Kettlebell work but uses range of motion testing to decide on what exercises are best for you on that night.I've only been doing it for a couple of weeks but I notice a difference.The other night I did double presses with the 32kg and the 24kg 5 ladders of 1,2,3.and hit 30 reps an other night with the 32kg.It seems to be working well.Keep up the good work.Talk to you later.
