    Hi Spartan. I don't know why I succeed now where I have failed earlier. Perhaps I have just gotten stronger very slowly, and slower than I thought. But the results show that you simply should't allow yourself to give up. I'm 53 years and weigh 72 kg. Obviously I can still gain a little strength. I have done PTTP in 2007-2008 and had very good results with it. 150 kg DL, 30 kg side press (today I can military press more than I could side press then…). But since my disc hernia operation in 2009 I seem to get along with ETK better. Both are great training programs and nothing keeps you from alternating between them. Keep it up!

    With the 32 kg it works alright. I tried to do 2 ladders of 2 rungs, but I didn't manage to get that thing up. It was the same thing with the 28 kg. It just to stay at it and follow the plan. By the way: as I did PTTP I never managed to side press more than 30 kg. Now I military press 32. Not bad. And I see you get along well too.

    I think this was Kenneth Jay's advice where once you clean, keep the kettlebell on your forearm.
    Meaning, if you rack your 32kg kettlebell distant apart from your chest and press it, you have weight of 32kg and diameter of kettlebell larger than 32kg. 32kg should be harder than you think. Good luck.
