1/5/06 BJJ 90 minutes.

Back in action after being sick. Tonight a guy was getting promoted to black belt, so it was a very full class. The school has seven now, which is supposed to be a big deal.

Tonight was my second full class, I've been away a week since my last one. Class was run by a purple belt, and Colin Lane from DD was there. While they worked some somewhat more technical takedowns,

Quick one today

Every minute for 10 minutes

double 32 kg. C&P x 3. A few push-presses in there, which was a surprise.

Boy, I haven't done double cleans in a while. These will get thrown in for extra workouts.
