TGU & Double KB Front Squats
3 TGU ladders of 3 rungs up to kneeling lunge with the 32kg bell. Followed by 2 sets of 5 double kettlebell front squats after each ladder for 6 total sets.
Not sure how far to take this program. I would like to end with 3 sets of 3 TGU right/left. Also thinking of upping the front squats to 8 sets either next workout or next week.
Up next will be a 3 week PTTP cycle using Zerchers and kettlebell military press. Then Radiant Dawn for...

The workouts for these two days were simply the same as Monday's workout. I'm noticing a difference in the size of my legs and my abs. Also I was able to press the 32kg bell 5 times with my right arm and 4 times with my left without any re-clean.
That is way stronger than I've ever been with the press. I'm interested to see the front squat carry over to my deadlift and press cycle coming up next. I think it will be a three day a week affair with sets of 3 in the deadlift.

3 TGU ladders of 3 up to the high hip move. Each ladder was followed by 2 sets of 5 double KB front squats with the 32kg and 20kg bells.
I think doing KB front squats will help my press because of all the upper body tension of holding the KBs in place while squatting. We shall see.
