12:30on/12:30off.
The eight rep sets are real challenging to keep in the fifteen second time parameter but i am getting better with it every time i do this workout.

Slacked off a bit on posting.
Dealing with my foot injury.It's about 60%better now with no highland games practice.
Today's training Vo2max w/20kg,60rounds-8reps- 480x,15min on/15min off.
These were tough today and not"owned"as Rif would say.
Can get 40 to 50 rounds consistantly.
