warmup - moderate qigong + SJ
At the Y:
PU: bw + 20 lb. dumbbell, 11 - will try for 12 next week then back off
bw: pistol, lf, 5
CU: bw + 20 lb. dumbbell, 6 - had thoughts of also doing 11 of these but was short on time and tired from the 11 pullups

24: alternating cleans, rf, 4, then 1-2-3 ladder
24: DARC swing, lf on the minute, 16, 14, 12
24: windmill, 3
walk about 2 miles
My training has been very low in volume lately - today was an attempt to start to nudge it back up, now that the shoulder seems to be, while not normal, at least it's functioning much better - the bad days aren't nearly as bad, and the good days are pretty good....

20: modified crane pistol, skipping touch to outside of foot and front/back reach, lf, 1, 1 - getting better, trying to be very slow and controlled at very bottom w/ right foot on ground.
16: getup, rf, 4
24: getup, rf, 1
PU: bw + 8 kg, 5
CU: bw + 8 kg, 5
20: pistol, lf, 2, 1 - trying to push into hip to get wedge/pry effect
