5 single deads w/ 300# from the blocks...felt strong
played 6 holes of golf in the afternoon...hit'n the drives very hard and long..almost drove a green...hot yoga or z? ...drained a beautiful 60 foot put from off the green but "grounded" myself before striking...need both is the answer, compressing the left side hip (pain) just before swing'n...making a big difference in power and distance.

hot yoga at lunch..fuck..this one was MUCH better and STRONGER...its about time...NEED!!! this stuff needs to be integrated...need to explore this side because it has very large impact on how i feel and move.
came home and did 10 single mp with 35 bell
