Dec Swing and TGU Challenge.

Week 3 I only did 450 Swings and about 10 TGU'S I was completely wiped out after finals. I was up late most nights studying the week before and I think it caught up with me. I am re-doing week three now.

Day 24 (week 3 day 1 for me)

Dec TGU and Swing Challenge Day 17

Week 2 didn't post because of studying for finals but all of the workouts were done. Almost all TGU's were done with a 32kg kb.

2500 swings for the month and 92 TGU's done.

Week 3 Day 15 and 16 were amnesty days so I could take care of my last final, back to it tomorrow.
