sounds good to me...my only problem at the mo is my diet...is all over the shop!
I am following the warrior diet but seem to be regressing with my training as a result.
I was up o 8-9 mins of swings...1 min on, 1 min working recovery off. now i can only just manage 5 mins??? Any suggesions???

Well I started doing PM for about 2 months with the 16 kg. At first i couldnt even do the 12 min of swings 30on/30off. After 5/6 weeks I did 21 min 30/30 and could do 8 TGU with both sides, so I decided to continue PM but now with the 20 kg and started doing clean and presses with 16 kg instead of TGU on one day. I superset the presses with pullups and use the ladders method for both exercises.
day1 -- c+p 16kg and pull ups
day2 -- one hand swings 16 kg
day3 -- TGU 20kg
day4 -- two hand swings 20kg
Thats it, simple, you just add minutes to the swings as your progressing, add minutes to the TGU and the press is the traditional ladders.
When you feel you "own" the weight or complete the ladders move to the next bell.
