I am going to try my pull ups again

I have been neglecting training with the intensity I would like. Time to have another go at it. I will use the supine grip and wear my furry hat to touch the ceiling with my head so I go as high as possible holding just the bar rather than rotating handles which seem to confuse things.

2 seems to be my limit and then I feel like my biceps are about to tear so I stop. I think I need to learn to recruit my back harder. I feel like if I had a bit less resistance like an assist band/machine

Hm, I guess I haven't really been making use of the blog as I originally thought about :) Anyway, looks like I made a post in 05, back with the 'two' account which got merged. So, lesse how many chins I can go do, it'll be a nice traction for the back from slouching in this chair, meh.

6, that's sorta horrible, I really need to work on my grip or bicep or whatever endurance. I don't think it's the lats because I don't feel as much soreness. Mostly I think grip work is important here.

I don't have any regular training right now, but I've been workintg a lot on one-arm pushups on an incline and doing pistol squats free-range (very carefully so I don't fall) with dummbells to build my strength.

Basically ala Naked Warrior. I can't do much else until I get access to barbells at the fitness centre when I move.

Using the tension techniques in the OAP, but not so much in the pistol, I guess it's hard to remember and I don't want to try too hard without
