mon 20 47lb swings (I have KB handles)
20 pushups (on Yukon P\U, Pull\up, knee raise\dip machine)
10 pull ups
10 Knee raises
5 dips
30 second rest and repeat (2 sets) then lay in fetal position and cry
tai chi in evening

tues 24 form tai chi and qigung (morning and evening)

wed 6, 2min rounds
2 on tai bag
1 on double end bag
1 on speed bag
2 on grapple buddy
