  1. In one of the threads someone alluded to you using a 5 or 6 day a week VWC protocol where the trainee was doing say 10 sets of 15:15 and you inched up the set numbers. I think it was something like adding 1 set a day. Couldn't tell if it was urban myth or not. I'm doing ETK but using VWC 16 kg 10 sets as my ballistics day. Was also doing CC 3 days a week under the Good Behavior routine. Am not sure right now whether to keep plunging ahead with VWC or to go back to ROP now that Peter Pinto helped me with my issues and it looks like I'm finally doing the snatch properly, hard style.
