1750 Hours, Thursday Night.
Snatches, 24kg. Practicing for my SSST.
Set the clock for 6:00. At the start of each minute I ripped off 14 snatches. My work time was about 38 seconds each set, leaving 22 sec to rest. This felt great, my first strength training sessionin about 2 weeks. I rested a wee bit after the snatches, and then performed the following:
SL Deck Squat x 6 sets of 2-3 reps each leg.
Pull Ups x 3 sets of 3-4
