Forgot to add a few days of training. Will go back to using training log tomorrow. Got Power Wheel today. Like an ab wheel on steroids. Very hard!

Heavy day
5 ladders of 2 (still doing jerks on left side because of weak front delt.)
power wheel: 2 sets of 20 yd hand walking. On first set, did ten pikes
7 min of swings on the minute. 10L, 10R for first two sets, 9L, 9R for other five sets

Medium day:
2 ladders of 2, 3 ladders of singles, 32 kg KB, 2:30 rest between ladders

Finally found a major area of weakness on the left side: front deltoid. Will do one-hand front squats with KB in the rack and other movements that will emphasize working the front delts.

11 minutes 7L X 7R swings on the minute. Sheer willpower carried me through minute 7 and minute 8. Worked out at noon in vegas, so temp was approx 105, which made it very difficult to complete.

Easy day:
Morning: 5 ladders of 1, 32 kg kb
5 minutes of snatches, 5L X 5R on the minute (this felt like 80% instead of 50% but I didn't really have a baseline for comparison)

5 ladders of 2 with 32 kg, 3 min between ladders
8 min one-hand swings, 9L X 9R on the minutes. (did 7X7 on 7th set. I was getting pukey.)
