Trying to figure out how to re-incorporate KBs back into my practice. Today just mixed it in with poses using an 18 lb: 40 swings, 10 windmills, 10 Getups, 10 wall squats, worked on pistols and pullups.

Been out of the loop with being out of the country, then out of town, then opening a new studio, blah blah...
Started back with general work doing a little bit of everything:
18 lb: assorted swings, TGU, Windmills.
24 lb: more swings, C& P, snatches
32 lb: snatches.

Ashtanga yoga primary series - backbends felt pretty good.
Tired today. 12 kg: about a minute each of swings, cleans, clean and press, snatch, front squat, figure 8 to a hold, sumo deadlifts.

Ashtanga primary series, 4 backbends.
The Art of Strength Providence DVD using 12 kg
Swings, 2 hands, 1 hand, DARC - 1:27
Cleans, ladder: 5:4:3:2:1 - 1:30
Chest press: 12 kg too heavy, need to bring home 18 lb
Worked on tactical lunge without bells, not timed.
Worked on Slingshot to hold, not timed.
Felt great!

16 kg: MP 5-5 ea side, last set couldn't press so did jerks 5 ea side.
12 kg: MP 5-5 ea side
12 kg: windmills 15 ea side
16 kg: Fr sq 5-5-5
16 kg: snatch 28-12-10
12 kg: snatch 25
