Is there any way to for you to train someone with physically meeting them first... namely in relation to z health? I ask as i am currently geographically isolated living in Australia, and feel i need some guidance going through the rphase.
So I looked at the Z - Health website and saw the R-Phase product that you mentioned. Are there some sample exercises or something that I could try before shelling out $85 for the DVD?
I'm assuming that Z is something that you practice yourself otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned it. How did you hear about it and what have the benefits been for you?
