I've been interested in the WD for some time - it tends to be how I naturally eat anyway, coffee in the morning, and first 'meal' of the day after 4pm. My question is, what's the WD stance on carbs? There's so much out there screaming "NO CARBS!" like you'll catch on fire if you eat a little pasta. I still like to eat rice and pasta, not every day, but about every third day.

Also, are all the supplements required? I obviously have not read the book - I am so sick of buying health and diet related books!
