    Default l-arginine

It is an amino acid so it is already present in many meat, fish, cheese and some vegetables.

It is apparently used to help with Erectile Dysfunction and is claimed to increase growth hormone. On the other side (from an unreferenced source on wiki), it supposedly increases Prolactin which is an estrogenic compound causing a decrease in T-levels.

All the information was cited from what seem like reputable sources while the prolactin statement was not.

My opinion is don't even worry about it. If you are looking into l-arginine supplements, forget about it and just drink some whey protein or eat some more meat.
