    Those of you who follow it - could you please give an example of what (and how much of it) you eat during the undereating phase? Thanks!

    Default Warrior Diet

    Just started it a week or so ago so still learning myself so maybe I can get some input here to

    Here's what I've been doing:

    9am Green Tea and Fish oil caps

    12pm Glass V8

    2pm Orange or Apple & Carrot (handful of nuts/boiled egg if I feel the need and usually don't)

    4pm Glass V8

    Take the times with a pinch of salt, I more or less eat when I feel like I need it, train around 5pm and had been overeating from 6-9pm but added another hour to this today due to headache. Seems to have helped. Dropped 4lbs so far, but have it to lose.

    Forget the Warrior Diet, just eat healthy and eat to increase your testosterone plain and simple.
