    Default Red Bull Cola

Ok, I'm not saying this is health food, but it's not poison. I'm only putting this out there because I have a sweet tooth that would make Willie Wonka sit up and shout, so the hardest part of the Warrior Diet for me is not consuming sugar during the day. I've gotten in the habit of having one of these close to feeding time in the evening. This is basically just a cola, but it's composed of natural ingredients. Instead of a bunch of stuff you can't identify the ingredient list is composed of cane sugar, cinammon, mustard seed, corn mint, pine, vanilla, etc.
So if you're like me it's a decent alternative.

OK..sounds good to me...I have never had one of those energy drinks...I guess I'm too old and set in my ways (54 yrs)...If you enjoy it thats great... do not deprive yourself of lifes little pleasures...as long as it won't hurt you and your are moderate...but you know that allready...I like my morning espresso, afternoon green tea...and evening beer or whisky (in moderation 1-2 drinks) So we all have our little sins...no harm done...slaint'e....Dennis

I would say this is only as much of an 'energy drink' as a cup of coffee with some sugar is. Just wanted to point out again this is not a 'red bull', but the red bull company putting out a cola.

Well...cyanide is an all natural ingredient. Accept that it is processed junk and move on. I drink that type of crap to, and maybe it isn't outright poison, but it ain't all that healthy. Try green tea. It fills a lot of gaps for me so I drink less crap.

Thanks for quoting almost exactly what I originally said. Treat it as what it is, a possible alternative for those who are drinking something worse. Don't like it, don't drink it.

FYI: As far as I know, according to WD, consuming rafined sugar during the undereating phase is not allowed, because it boost your insuline level or something like that and compromises the effects of the diet.

Dude, I know. I said it's during the over-eating phase or very close to it in the evening. It makes this all easier when people actually read the original post.

Sorry, my bad. You have written that you have difficulties with not consuming sugar during the day and this has misled me

No problem. It's true. At one time in my youth I could burn through a six pack of pepsi in one sitting. True story. I have since reformed.

    Talking

Does it taste good? Does it have that red bull after-taste?

I stopped drinking energy drinks years ago. I started to get really bad acid reflux, and I talked to my doctor about the dangers of energy drinks. Haven't drank one ever since. But sometimes when I'm sitting at work, I could use the pick-me-up energy drinks provide.

You can do it, put your back into it!
