Woah, that's awesome!! Congratulations and keep up the good work. On your non-Eat Stop Eat days, just curious what your 'normal' days of eating consist of. Also, when breaking a fast do you have the temptation to over eat a bit?
The fasting part of ESE is really easy for me; I work all day and just drink water throughout the day. When the fast is ending though I tend to talk myself into not the greatest choices for dinner. Or after I eat a decent meal, I'll find myself wanting to snack on some nuts or other foods. Sometimes it's hard to gauge what 'normal' is.
I'm still about 35 pounds lighter than I was a year ago at this time so things are going good. A hectic schedule with travel has changed things up a bit, but I am making steady progress.
