I've been doing an apple in the morning with my tea, that is all during the undereating phase. During the overeating phase I have just been eating some basic veggies along with my meat. This week has been simple starting with the salad, romain lettuce, some tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, carrots. One night I had brocolli, cauliflower, and a sweet potato. Another night I had a ton of green beans, and some corn. Last night I had cauliflower and squash, tonight will be more green beans and some mashed red potatoes.
Fortunately, I have been lucky enough to find a grocery store nearby that sells alot of organic..everything. Along with grass feed beef, cage free chicken and eggs, even raw goat milk and the like. So, combined with basically making better food choices, and shopping their, this should work quite well.
