I find it funny that this question was about vegetables but everyone focused on the trailing egg query. How about some vegetables in this party?! :-D

Seasonal, Organic, Raw.


Lightly steamed or blanched with main meal.

I've been doing an apple in the morning with my tea, that is all during the undereating phase. During the overeating phase I have just been eating some basic veggies along with my meat. This week has been simple starting with the salad, romain lettuce, some tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, carrots. One night I had brocolli, cauliflower, and a sweet potato. Another night I had a ton of green beans, and some corn. Last night I had cauliflower and squash, tonight will be more green beans and some mashed red potatoes.

Fortunately, I have been lucky enough to find a grocery store nearby that sells alot of organic..everything. Along with grass feed beef, cage free chicken and eggs, even raw goat milk and the like. So, combined with basically making better food choices, and shopping their, this should work quite well.

why not just do real IF - man up and don't eat until you are actually suppose to.
have some self control and do it right or just don't do it.

this will solve a lot of problems for countless people.
the internet has complicated stuff so much people spend countless hours worrying about things that don't actually matter

Bois- what is real? WD under-eating ALLOWS eating- it is not a fast it is Under eating. Veggies, fruits and light protein (eggs- yogurt) is a big part of the diet. It is also about personal choices. So the questions are legit. Yes do it right - which is not the way you think it is. The internet or any form of information complicates "stuff" to those that don't understand what they read.
Asking questions is a sign of intelligence.
