I dont think the egg is a good idea, Egg as far as i know is a slow digesting protien so...you know...
If you want light protiens maybe a yoghurt?
as for the veg, I eat two..some eat none...I think if you want the optimal fat loss effect then eat none.
Its all relative though to what you want and how much youll give up to have it, I want a 300 style body so accordingly, i am abstaining from nearly everything not recommended and if it comes to it, ill drop everything to have it.
If you wanna cut some fat then you dont have to follow the diet with 100% dedication, but if you want the big effect then your gonna have to give up that egg in the morning :P
