Yes I've heard of it. I eat in a similar way, but its more like 70/15/15-60/20/20, I find I need more protein and fats when weight training, I just need to eat forever.
For breakfast I have about 10 medium bananas, 2 raw eggs, frozen berries, bit of juice, cacao, maca, hemp, chia seeds in a smoothie.
Throughout the day I eat mostly fruit and veggies, sometimes fatty stuff like guacamole or nuts/seeds.
At night I usually have a heavier more protein rich meal after working out, kind of like warrior diet, although I have figured this out myself and only saw warrior diet after. I eat Quinoa a lot, which is high in carbs and protein so good if you're training. I eat salmon with it sometimes for protein, calcium, good oils, join care etc.
The main thing is getting the majority of your calories from fresh ripe fruit if I remember correctly. I get probably 60-70% of my calories from fresh fruit. I probably eat under 125 grams of protein most days and I am slowing gaining weight right now, maintaining low body fat. Protein from raw fruit and veggies is digested easier than cooked meat.
Some people can build muscle (slowly) just eating 30 Bananas a day and some greens and other veggies.
