the best I have ever felt was following a low carbohydrate, high fat diet, with tons of veggies, loads of meat and cheese....about 50 grams of carbohydrates a day. I felt kind of strange at time, but overall my energy levels were amazing, and my sex drive was the best it has ever been. I was getting those pants tents that I used to get when I was 15, and I would bump into a counter, and voila!
