If your workout is a steady amount of work for those 2 hours, then yes, at the minimum get some BCAA's in your system, and maybe a very small amount of carbohydrate. I like to eat an apple, or a piece of low glycemic fruit a few hours before a training session for fuel. But working out on empty feels great to me now. Also, a shot of espresso is my favorite pre-workout supplement in existence.
