    I should also mention that another point of the thread was to tie in the effect of an exersize program (ETK) - that I have consistantly stayed with with for over 1 year...the longest commitment to a program that I ever undertook...and how it may have helped me with my change toward eating. I think it was the simple discipline of doing the Practice week after week that carried over into my diet...don't know ..mere speculation...but you know I still make bad decisions on occassions in my eating...But I am not as hard on myself when I do slip up...Dennis

    One thing I enjoy doing is making a huge pot of soup on the weekends and then freezing unused portions to eat later. There's nothing like eating homemade soup nearly everyday of the week. It's probably cheaper and more nutritious too as canned soups are jam packed with sodium. (Just my two cents.)
