    I have a skinny frame, and I am a hard gainer. I have gained much more strength, tone and muscle through eating my diet now then my high protein diet before. I haven't gained weight, but I look and feel much more muscular. I am probably below 12% BF atm, closer to 10.

    Raw Fruit and veggies just contain so many phytonutrients and other chemicals to speed your metabolism and move your body to a low BF.

    If you want to really cut down the BF, try to get upwards of 50% of your calories from sweet fruit. You can eat lots of protein and fat to fill in the rest for your workout needs.

    Even if you loose some muscle, if you keep exercising you won't loose strength.

    If you really dedicate yourself to eating much more raw fruits and veggies you will be amazed at how well you can recover from workouts and still loose weight.

    There were nights after a hard workout I only ate a big salad. There were some nuts in it, but it didn't have anywhere near the protein requirements people say you need.

    I always felt great the next day, my muscles felt even better than after I ate a protein rich meal.

    Some days I have just eaten bananas after a workout with the same result.

    Just give it a try.

    For breakfast I have 2 raw eggs, 10 bananas, berries, hemp protein and other powders in a smoothie. It gives lots of protein, calories, and everything you need. Also hemp protein is good for loosing weight because it is rich in minerals which will inhibit your need for food.

    If you want to get down to that 10% BF, it will be very hard if you are eating lots of meat and such.

    You can do it as a cutting phase. When you do RTK or ROP or PTP eat a higher protein and fat diet, and when you do VO2 Max training, eat a higher fruit and veggie diet. You will see your fat drop and muscle explode!

    Something else just hit me too ATL, and I guarantee it will help you loose weight.

    I know you used to be very fat, and probably ate lots of toxic foods.

    Your body stores those toxins in your fat, and it makes it harder to loose that fat because the body needs to do something will all those toxins first.

    I recommend: Saunas and Hot Yoga to help seat out the toxins and restore good lymphatic function (Hot Yoga is superior because movements help cleanse and nourish organs).

    Oil Pulling (google it, I don't feel like explaining)

    And Fruit and veggie fasting.

    Try going 1 week eating just fruit and veggies raw. You will shit like a dinosuar for a while as your body detoxes, but it will help you loose weight and feel great!
