    Default My Warrior Diet experience

I've been on and off on the Warrior Diet through this half of the year. For the last three weeks I've been at it every single day, and lost about 2-3 kilos. I haven't eaten any kind of junk food, neither (no soda or beer for 6 months!) these three weeks. Burned at least 300-400 calories every other day, at best on consecutive days.

Overall, my energy levels are way, way higher than with the multiple meal approach!
I haven't had an energy drop even once, I can lift heavy weights, wrestle, etc. without them. Even the hunger itself doesn't feel the same as before. Getting used to this wasn't easy, I craved for meals during the day. Oddly enough, I feel that I eat less on the overeating phase than before. I want to cut myself down to 10 % bodyfat or less. I still need to cut 8-10 kilos of fat to reach my goal, I think. That's what I calculated with Accu-Measure. Warrior Diet rocks!

People have told me "BUT TOMAS, UNDEREATING IS UNHEALTHY LOL!". I'd like to introduce them into this too, but not before reaching a solid base of credibility (read: low level of bodyfat).

Good stuff, I've not long been on it myself (about 10 days) and not struggling with it at all yet. Hope to get below 10%BF too.

Nice. Dropping all junk food works wonders!
