    Default WD Crashes

As most of you know, I am currently experimenting with the warrior diet and I am also using Kettlebells (16kg Program minimum)

One thing I cannot seem to master is the pre workout meal?

As I am struggling with it (and because my workout is quite short) I have been tending not to have a pre workout meal, instead I have a small protein intake immediately after.

Today for example I did 12 minutes of swings and working recovery, immediately followed by two hard boiled eggs (knowing my evening meal was only an hour away). This should fuel my muscles shouldnt it?

What I am finding though is that about 10 minutes post workout I am extremely tired to the point where I could (although I dont) fall asleep. This lasts for 20 mins or so then dissappears???

Is this due to not eating throughout the day or is this purely because i have no pre workout meal?

I find the WD doesnt really give any answers on this and is a bit vague. I am trying different things but it always seems to end the same.

Some handy hints would be appreciated.

eat the eggs with 1/2 a peace of toast, or a little milk. Later you may not need it, meaning the "crash" may disappear or raise its head infrequently.

    I never have a pre-workout meal.

I would think a piece of fruit about an hour prior to the workout would be fine.

I always have an apple before my workouts when I'm on the warrior diet. I do best with some fuel for my workouts.

For post workout I always have a milk based shake. 12 - 16 oz of whole milk with a 4 oz. scoop of milk protein isolate. You may be different, but I've had excellent success with this.
