The Dagashi, unfortunately, I don't know precisely what you mean by the third shift. My assumption is that the day is broken down into three 8-hour shifts and you're working the last one. For some of my fellow civil servants, this would be 0800-1600, 2600-2400, and 0000-0800.
Regardless, like most people, you have an acceptable schedule for employing the Warrior Diet. In fact, your plan to exercise upon awakening (on an empty stomach), followed by a recovery meal is a good way to induce fat burning. By under-eating afterwards, you will continue to metabolize fat as well as build up your enzyme pools, control hormone levels, and detoxify.
Since beginning the Warrior Diet, over one year ago, I was able to cut my body fat percentage over 50%. However, during this time period, I never utilized a fat burning or conditioning oriented program. It has been 'Enter the Kettlebell's' Program Minimum and Rite of Passage for me.
The reason I bring this up, not knowing your kettlebell experience level, is that Kenneth Jay's Viking Warrior Conditioning is undoubtedly beyond a beginner's program. The aforementioned programs will provide the results you seek as well as preparing you for the latter. Of course, if you have significant experience with kettlebell snatches you can ignore my suggestion.
In any case, best of luck with your progress.
