I started taking one for a bit to see how it effected me. Not very long after that I got the swine flu, and havent taken my multi since. Now, I know this very well could be pure coincidence (it likely is), but I feel just fine without the multi and I honestly dont trust nutrition labels. Therefore, I just shoot for a big mixture of food in my daily diet. On just about a daily basis I consume leafy greens, tomato, cucumber, a banana, some form of berry, onions, garlic, ginger, varied meat, olive oil, eggs, milk, real tea, and brown rice. If I'm not getting enough of something well then I must not need it.
On another note, to date my wife has only found one vitamin that didnt make her sick, and thats her prenatal.
