So what do you think? Is there any corn by-products in there? If not, did I win anything, or is it similar to doing a set of 150 snatches--i.e., its own reward

Hello, mc:
I'll bite (or brush) . . . am checking . . . now.
Went to Proctor & Gamble's website to find out what they are putting in my "Crest Whitening Plus Scope" toothpaste. Nada. Nichts. Null.
Wasted more time with a "google" search. Something ventured; nothing gained.

I award you the prize for the most unappetizing menu I have ever seen. I also commend you for having the constitution to eat it. That is more a feat than taming The Beast.

Thanks for noticing. I have actually worked very hard these last few years to strip the emotionalism from my diet, so that I could train as hard nutritionally as I do physically. I just got tired of taking no excuses in my physical training but being a total nutritional pussy, always falling back on hackneyed, sabotaging, sentimentalized emotional a priori associations with food. So I just simplified my relationship with feeding. Now food is for fuel or for fat, and I get my emotional fulfillment from other more natural categories in life.

hmm all the while I avoid fry stuffs ..icecream....ect sugar...stuffs fats
sometimes hard to avoid if frds treating because if you reject them like disrespect their offer.
So I just eat.
but I do feel gulity ...somemore is my rest day where no workout feel whole body like clumsy...

That is some strict discipline, strong, I envy you for that. I have to try really hard maintain strict exercise discipline, so the food part will have to come slowly, baby steps.

Enjoying what we eat is pretty natural if you ask me. Corn is a good source of vitamin De as in Delicious! Covered in butter, salt...ahhhh.
Be a monk and eat nothing but old boy's hell diet, or gorge yourself into an early death. Or fall somewhere in between (my choice). Corn ain't gonna kill ya.

IN St. Paul last summer Rif told me I won the award for most disgusting plate of food for the evening. In addition, Kenneth looked at the plate, and then up at my face, and declared 'Will, you have issues man'.
It resembled the list of chow that our friend has detailed.
Yesterday?
1900 hours: bag of baby spinach with some crumbled feta
6 Persian cucumbers & hummus with horseradish
8oz organic raspberries
Midnight
sauteed green beans
big batch o' steamed collard greens with kale
lots of Dubliner cheese & some crackers
wee bit of Carmenere
not nearly enough sleep
Corn? If it grows naturally on this rock it can't be as devlish as, say, armed robbery?
in it's state before industrial farming and the web, no one had a foul thing to say about corn. Now that we can vilify nearly anything with or without data, we are questioning the value of. . . corn.
Bread, good for the soul, bad for the dancefloor.
Corn? In the wrong hands now, but not as evil as, say, meat from Chicago circa 1900.
I'm just sayin'!

Corn is a body building food.when eaten everyday it can lower cholesterol in the body. The soluble fiber in corn binds with cholesterol in bile from the liver. It then passes from the body taking the cholesterol with it.
