Question Corn is a good source of supplement tooo?

eggs , chicken , beef

vegs is good souce of energy and source of natural supplements.

How about corn?

I heard corn also has good souces of viitamins?

aside from the fact that corn is so modified and so pesticided, I would not consider it a prime source of nutrients. I would consider it like rice: empty calories used as filler if you are trying to ingest a certain amount of kcals for a goal like body building.

Corn is a good source of several nutrients, has fiber, and contains some serious antioxidant capacity. It is a worthy addition to a healthy diet. Don't take my word for it, though:

Yup , my parents cook the corn by steaming it.
that it neved add salts or butter.

next my parents said corn is a good source of nutrients too.

I am surprised why some of you mention is a bad junk foods?

Corn is a good source of vitamin B1, vitamin B5, folate, dietary fiber, vitamin C, phosphorus and mangane.

well i encourage you to try to find a source of overly subsidized corn in the us that is not from monsanto gmo seeds.

i'd challenge most folks to go one day without intaking some gmo corn by-product. it would be really really hard.

usually I would be very reluctant to take up one of your challenges, because it would probably involve some y-phase z-health thingy where we had to kick our leg back and touch the back of our head with our toes.

In the case of the 24 Hour Corn Caper, I think I have you beat: six feedings

1. sunflower meats, tomato, banana
2. pea protein/dextrose,
3. navy beans, kale
4. navy beans, onions, green peppers
5. mixed organic raw nuts, spinach
6. amaranth, carrots

during the day, there were also consumed 24g omega-3 oil, 12000 i.u. vitamin D3, and 6 liters of water.

So what do you think? Is there any corn by-products in there? If not, did I win anything, or is it similar to doing a set of 150 snatches--i.e., its own reward

The second most plentiful cereal grown for human consumption is corn. Although many cultures around the world have lived on this grain, there are still many myths and misconceptions regarding corn, often referred to as maize.
