Can anyone briefly explain this system before i go and buy the e-book.... and has anyone used it and seen results?
I have been on the WD and have lost over a stone but i am now maintaining .I have reduced cals again but still seem to be staying the same!!!!
Someone said about ESE but i wondered how the days are made up?
I think i have the basic theory as this;
Eat normal healthy meals 3-4 times a day but on two occassion observe periods of fasting.
These should be broken so say noon Monday to noon Tuesday then noon Friday to noon Saturday
During the fasting drink water only?
Is this about right?
If this is the idea im going to get the book and get the extra bits that come with it....meals etc
This system never really gets much of a mention on here but when i looked it up it sort of states that its a progression on the WD???
