Comm.'s

One word. SPAM. Sure it's dog food, but have you seen the size of those local Samoan monsters! Moch's are no joke my friends. My little brother was born there and at 20 he's 6'3 300 lbs. and could squat 500 in his senior year in high school. I moved there when I was 3 so that explains my own paltry 220......

Spam, eggs, rice. repeat. Spam probibly comes from things that never where alive to begin with so we cant say if it's a "weak animal" or not. 200 + lb grade schooler's are a normal thing there. Why? Spam. High amounts of senceless agression and super strength amongst the locals. Why? Spam. The only true monster maker...

If your stomach can handle it eat a lot AND drink 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of milk every day. That is a classic way to add size....lots of fat and protein to help your body grow.

Devil.....

Just playing around about the Spam............ Really though, just eat all the meat, cheese, eggs, veg, and healthy starches you can get down. Even some junk (cheeseburgers,deserts, beer )once in a while. Drink all the milk you can afford, and nap every day. You'll gain weight. Eat and eat some more. That is all.......good luck!

big size in the sense look well define...and tone..

not a big clusmy block.

Devil Weight gain is easy.

1) Work out your daily calore requirement Bodybuilding.com - Energy Needs... What Are Your Calorie Requirements? - BiologyBabe

2) Eat 200 cals above your requirement

3) Weigh yourself every week - has your weight changed?

if your weight has changed, repeat from step 1

if your weight has not changed, repeat from step 2

the above method works all the time

What to eat?

Anything will work, but to get the best results, only eat things that grow the way you eat them -

chicken, beef, pork, etc

cabbage, potatos, rice

do not eat

sugar, candy, soda, processed meat

Now GO!! make yourself a happy devilfish!

I don't think you really understand how hard it is to get big then. You can always hit your cardio later, but if you want to get big for real then you are going to want to forget about a six pack for a while.

Being big is NOT the same as being clumsy.
